1.Introduction:
Two Zone Thermal shock test chamber is usd to test the capability of material structure or composite materials to withstand the continuous Environmental changes between extremely high temperature and low temperature during a short period,and therefore understand the chemical changes or physical damages caused by expansion from heat and contraction from cold in the shortest possible time.It is applicable to metals,plastic,rubber,electronics amongst other materials.
Adopts imported true-color Japan made micro-computer controlled touch screen temp.humi.
controller with software of both English & Chinese version.Paperless and instant recording function to indicate temperature variation curve of thermal shock testing.
The basket is driven by safe air pressure,moves up and down in 10 seconds,which comply with MIL,IEC,JIS.,etc.
Temperature recoveries with 5 minutes,which complies with relevant testing standards.Use HFC environmental-friendly coolant & dualistic ultra low temperature cooling system,fast cooling and high efficiency.
Traditional three-zone thermal shock chambers can be quite large, as three separate chambers are used.It circulates cold, hot, or ambient air as needed. The conditioned air is pre-cooled or pre-heated beyond the setpoint, allowing quicker recovery of the desired condition after transfer.
New Eco-Mode is standard for all models. Eco-mode manages the pre-conditioning and modulates refrigeration systems to reduce energy usage. Savings of up to 50% over previous models is possible, or as much as $2,000 a year.
Two Zone models are lower cost models with only two-zone capability, and partial savings of Eco-mode.
