Product Description
76004 is the latest silicone softener of multi-component copolymerization.
It is suitable for fabrics of cellulose fibers and synthetic fibers, etc., which imparts fabrics soft, plump and fluffy hand feeling.
It is especially suitable for washed jeans, sweaters and washed garments.

Instruction
For dipping process, reference dosage: 1~3% (o.w.f).
(Dosage varies depending on processed fibers. Please adjust dosage according to actual required hand feeling.)
For padding process, reference dosage of diluted 76004: 10~30 g/ L.
The bath pH value should be below 7. (5~6 is the best. It can be adjusted by glacial acetic acid.)
For unique hand feeling, it can be used together with other softener.
Please do a compatibility experiment before using.
Attention
- Please stir it evenly before using.
- Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
- Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
