The LGB... are designed for use with gas burners of small to medium capacity, with or without auxiliary fan, in intermittent operation*.
The gas burner controls are tested to EN298 and CE certified in compliance with the directives for gas-fired appliances and electromagnetic compatibility.

Features At a Glance

The burner controls LGB... are used for the startup and supervision of single- or two stage gas or gas / oil burners having a capacity of up to 350 kW in intermittent operation. The flame is supervised with either an ionization current detector electrode, a blue flame
detector QRC1... for forced draught gas / oil burners, or a UV detector QRA... (with auxiliary unit AGQ1...), depending on the type of burner control used.
When used with the appropriate adapters, these burner controls replace their
predecessors LFI7..., LFM1... and LFD... in terms of function and size (please also refer
to «Replacement types» under «Ordering»). Other application-related features:
- Detection of undervoltages in compliance with the respective standards
- Air pressure supervision with functional check of the air pressure monitor during startup and operation
- Possibility of electrical remote reset
- Burner controls LGB41... for use with atmospheric gas burners.

WARNING

(1)Places where special drugs or corrosive gases are present (e.g. ammonia, sulfur, hydrochloric acid, ethylene compounds, etc.)
(2)Places where water drops or is too wet.
(3) High temperature places.
(4) A place where the vibration lasts for a long time.

8,Do not tie the power cord and the high-voltage cable of the ignition transformer with the wire of the flame monitoring rod, and do not put it in the same wire tube, please wire separately.In particular, the high-voltage cable should be distributed separately, 10 cm away from the burner controller Above.
9,Please connect the ignition transformer high-voltage cable reliably to ensure that there is no bad contact. Poor contact will produce high frequency waves, radio noise, etc., causing misoperation. In addition, install the ignition transformer directly with the burner body or the metal part electrically connected to the burner body.
10,After connecting cables, ensure that the cables are correctly connected. Incorrect wiring may damage the unit or cause incorrect actions.
