Vertical/horizontal high speed mixing unit machine

The high speed mixer is generally used in a variety of powder material mixing ,the motor drives the paddle to rotate at high speed, the materials(or granular ,liquid and powder combination materials) in the mixing cylinder under the action of paddle while do circular motion along the cylinder wall, also climbing on the wall to reach a certain height, it will toward the center cylinder body to do the downward motion,in this process all kinds of raw materials have strong convection mixing with each other.At the same time, due to the stirring of the paddle, the velocity difference between materials is generated, which strengthens the effect of shear mixing;
The powder after the high speed hot mixing and due to frictional heating , mixture temperature reached 100ºC above,when the powder discharging to the cold mixer and through forced cooling, proceed the high efficiency cooling ,convey cold mixer of cylinder block and cylinder cover are set with water ring, and configure the forced cooling water pump to accelerate cooling effect while the cold mixer works, the high speed hot mixer can carry out the second batch of mixing work, the mixing cycle of the cold mixer is shorter than the hot mixer, to ensure that the second batch of raw materials can be discharged into the cold mixer in time after mixing.
The difference between vertical and horizontal unit

1. Different appearance:
The width of the barrel of the horizontal mixer is large. The bucket of the vertical hybrid machine is high, similar to the vertical cuboid.

2. Different principles of the mixture:
The horizontal mixer is a paddle -rotating blades that rotate the internal double -axis to stir the material without corners. It is characterized by the rotation speed of the paddle structure and the reducer drive shaft. , So that the particles of different sizes and gravity can be fully mixed.

The vertical mixture uses the spiral rapid rotation, so that the material rises from the bottom of the barrel along the center to the top, and then the bottom of the umbrella is thrown back the bottom of the material to achieve the fusion of the material rolling up and down in the barrel.

3. Different mixing uniformity:
the hybrid rate can reach more than 99%, while the mixed uniformity of the vertical hybrid machine is about 90%.

4. Different internal mixing blades:
The stirring of the horizontal mixer is usually a 360 dual S -type snail belt, which can achieve a high mixture. The vertical mixture is a spiral axis inside.
