The structure of ship building gantry crane has single girder and double girder types. The single girder type is usually favored when large lifting capacity and span is required. Shipbuilding gantry crane steel structure is composed of gantry frame, up trolley, lower trolley, gantry travel mechanism, maintenance crane, elevator and electrical devices. Accessory safety related devices such as rail clamp, anchor, wind proof and lighting proof are provided, And traveling deviation correcting system is provided for longer span crane.

A variety of machinery are produced by us such as electric hoist and single girder crane up to 20 Ton capacity, gantry crane and overhead bridge crane with capacity up to 800Ton, shipbuilding goliath crane, portal crane with capacity up to 80Ton; We have research&development in ship loader, ship unloaded, rail mounted container crane and so on. Our products have been widely used in industry of machinery, metallurgy, electric power, chemical, military, railroad, water conservancy, shipbuilding, port and large scale storehouse. Our products are sold to all over China 30 provinces, and exported to India, Singapore, Kazakhstan, Brazil, France, Thailand, Philippine, Pakistan, Iran, Vietnam, Peru, Zambia, Congo, South Africa, Russia, Spain, South Korea, Japan over 30 countries. Four sets of 240T lifting capacity shipbuilding gantry cranes ordered by Spanish customer have been finished in conformity with CE specification in 2007 and has won positive appraises for Chinese manufacturing industry. Another eight sets of shipbuilding gantry cranes have been ordered by Tsuji heavy industry (Zhoushan) Co. Ltd. In 2008 and established solid base for exporting to market in developed country.
We have experienced engineers and technicians with CAD and CAPP designing.
