Main Components of Shelley Hopper Silos
25o Sealed Roof
The special trapezoidal geometry of the roof gives high strength and stiffness. The professional sealed technology enables a tight connection of the roof with the sidewall and keeps stored products from moisture.
Galvanized Bottom
The cone bottom made with galvanized steel provides strength to support the silo and keeps a longer life span of up to 28 years. 45o hopper is easy to unload delicate materials like feed pellets and other products.
Access Ladder & Door
Shelley Brand high-strength galvanized ladders have roll-formed sides and stamped rungs to eliminate rung spin for easy climbing. The access doors give the second ring to access the interior of the silo.
Inspection Door
Shelley designs and installs the upper inspection door on the top of the steel silos to check the content and condition of the grain and treatments with a flexible cover for full protection of moisture and safety.
With 20 years of design and manufacturing experience, grain storage silos can be customized according to customers' requests.

Installation of Hopper Bottom Silo
Installation can be carried out in different ways
*If the client wants to install 10ton-1500ton steel Hopper Bottom Silo by themselves, we could offer detailed instruction, and we'll give our quickest response to deal with any question in the process.
*We could also send our engineer to supervise the installation process. The client could find local workers for the installation work and our engineer will help them during the process.
*If the client needs it, we could send our installation team for the whole installation issue.

A5: Abroad: Generally 1-2 people guide the installation, each person 100 dollars per day.
