1, the machine is mainly composed of motor, reducer, drum device, frame and other mechanisms. Drum device inclined arrangement.
2, the motor is connected with the drum mechanism through the reducer, driving the drum mechanism to rotate around its axis. When the material enters the drum device, due to the inclination and rotation of the drum device, the qualified material (the product under the screen) is discharged through the cylindrical screen of the drum, and the unqualified material (the product on the screen) is discharged through the end of the drum.
3, the drum device is sealed through the body seal cover, so as to ensure that the equipment in the working process, effectively prevent dust escape, eliminate dust pollution. When replacing the screen, just open the body seal cover to replace, easy to operate.
4, the screen is made of 60Si2Mn spring steel wire or made of 16MnR flat steel, the screen hardness is high, the wear is small, the life is long. The machine is equipped with a cleaning device, which can effectively remove the debris blocking the screen hole and keep the screen surface clean.
