Wall of this machine use high quality steel, other component of machine and made of high quality steel and process with digital control flatbed grinder,could gurantee high accurancy of them.
The power of the main motor is 2.2kw, and the power of the pressing motor is 550W, which are respectively controlled by the frequency converter and can be adjusted at will.Clamping for 2 1KW servo motor, clamping length and speed can be arbitrarily adjusted, so that the middle of the cardboard more accurate.
The paper feeding section adopts high pressure suction paper feeding, 1 3.0kw vertical high pressure suction fan, main suction pipe diameter of 170mm, greatly strengthen the strength of suction, so as to ensure the stability of the paper conveying, paper feeding section by 2 1KW servo motor feeding, feeding length arbitrary adjustment, to ensure the accuracy of paper feeding.
The intermediate drive system is driven by a 2.2kw mitsubishi reduction motor, and there are electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake as spare drives.
