Sand/Tiny Texture Black Color Electrostatic Powder Coating Paint for Metal Parts

DESCRIPTION

"Epoxy-Polyester" is a series of epoxy polyester hybrid powder coatings designed for interior use.
Offering improved UV light and heat stability compared to pure epoxy powder coating.
This series are available in the full range of colors with different gloss and texture.
Colors and surface finishes can be custom matched to users' requirements.
Main properties: Suitable for interior use;Available in full colors and finishes;
Good chemical resistance and mechanical performance.

POWDER CHARACTERISTIC

Chemistry: Epoxy-Polyester
Particle size: Suitable for electrostatic spraying
Specific gravity: 1.2-1.7g/cm3 up to colors
Curing schedule(object temp.): 180ºC/10-15minutes;200ºC/6-10minutes
Storage: Dry ventilation conditions below 30ºC

PROPERTIES

Chemistry: Epoxy Polyester/Polyester / Polyurethane
Particle size: Suitable for corona gun
Curing:180ºC - 200C /10-20minutes depending on the chemistry system .
Gloss:Glossy/Semi-glossy
