Graphite self-tight sealing ring is a ring-shaped filler made of high-grade pure flexible graphite paper, which is cut and spiral wound and pressed in a mold. It adopts an enhanced wedge design, which can effectively improve sealing performance and prevent gas and liquid leakage. This type of sealing ring has good heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and can maintain good sealing performance in high-temperature and high-pressure environments. Its self tightening design can effectively resist the leakage of high-pressure fluids and is suitable for various applications in the power industry, such as SD61H/Y high-pressure blocking valves, globe valves, gate valves, etc.

According to different requirements, materials such as 304 stainless steel wire mesh, nickel wire mesh, copper wire, asbestos fiber, lead foil, etc. can be added inside the graphite packing ring to improve its pressure resistance. The self-tight seal rings have various properties that excellent sealing materials should have. They can be used alone or in combination with high carbon fiber packing rings and graphite packing rings, especially suitable for various static sealing components of valves at high temperature and high pressure.
