Splicing tools of steel cord conveyor belts
DB-BTJ Steel Wire Armoured Cable Stripping Tool is designed and used to strip the steel cords from steel cord conveyor belt which is to be spliced.

Methods:
1. Firstly, find out the joints of the steel cord conveyor belt,and peel off 200mm steel cords with conventional methods.
2. Choose suitable upper and lower knives according to the steel rope diameter and the pitches, and then set the stripping machine.
3. The upper knife holds down the first steel rope, and the lower knife drags the second, then make the traction device work.The cable stripping machine can peel off the covering rubber evenly.
