Roller Conveyor Blast Machine Features
Machine Shell: 3mm thick steel welded together, equipped with observation window, users can observe the entire processing and ready to deal with unexpected situations.
Workpiece Conveying: the motor is controlled by frequency converter, and the conveyor speed can be steplessly regulated by the inverter within the range of 0.3 ~ 5m / min. The actual delivery speed is set depending on process requirements of workpieces.
Abrasive Recycling: the lower part of the cabin is equipped with a group of spiral conveyor device, when the abrasives accumulated on the workpiece and the conveyor belt drop into both sides of the cabin, they can be automatically recycled in time to improve the efficiency of sandblasting
Blasting Gun Device: the blast gun adopts linkage swinging mechanism, the angle, the swinging distance and position of can be adjusted according to the sand blasting effect. Aluminum alloy material with boron carbide nozzles
Dust Collector: 6 sets of cartridge filters with 7.5kw fan motor for effectively dust collecting, does not cause pollution for environment and no harm to workers' health.
