Mainly used for surface grinding, edge deburring, welding seam grinding, cavity inner hole deburring, and hole threaded mouth processing.
2.Material Selection
1)It is composed of Kawasaki 20kg intelligent robot (optional other brand robots), upper and lower station sand belt polishing machine, double station feeding table, corner displacement fixture, electric control system, and system base.
2)The machine base is made of welded steel plate, which has been surface-treated and is durable. The customer's on-site positioning is accurate, which reduces the on-site layout time.
3)The main sliding plate of the sand belt machine is made of 6061 aluminum parts, which are anodized, which has good corrosion resistance, high strength, and is not easy to deform;
4)The automatic polishing compensation device is used to adjust the compensation intensity (foam wheel compensation, speed compensation, air pressure compensation) according to the polishing process, so as to improve the polishing quality of the product, and the workpiece grinding and polishing effect is consistent.
5)The automatic sand belt tensioning device can detect the belt break and alarm, and it is convenient to replace the belt with different grain sizes according to the requirements of the surface roughness of the grinding surface; the operation is convenient and fast, and the accuracy is high.
6)The grinding wheel of the sand belt machine uses a foam wheel, which is more durable than a rubber wheel and has a higher cost.

A : Our factory is located in Quanzhou city,Fujian province,China. You can fly to Jinjiang or Xiamen air port, we will pick you up.

A: Yes, we produce the machine you want by your samples or technical drawings. Usually one machine have different molds and fixtures like metal polishing machine,die casting machine.

A: We can supply the sample testing which client want to produce if we have ready machine in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample shipping cost.
