River Water Quality Improvement Phosphorus and Nitrogen Removal Treatment

In recent years, with the advancement of ecological civilization construction goals, cities across the country have successively carried out river management work. River management has achieved initial results, but the problem of generally low removal rates of total nitrogen and total phosphorus has gradually become apparent. Traditional methods for treating river sewage include chemical, physical, and biological methods, but they all have some shortcomings. For example, chemical methods can easily cause secondary pollution, physical methods have low treatment efficiency, and biological methods are more expensive to add microbial agents. Therefore, our company has developed a new type of river management filler to address the above problems. This filler does not require the addition of chemical reagents, has high nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency and low treatment costs.

Key innovation points:

This process has a short effective residence time, small floor space, and small civil construction investment; the effluent water quality is stable, no external carbon source is needed, and the risk of effluent COD exceeding the standard is avoided; the reaction rate is fast, and the total nitrogen removal rate is high, up to more than 90%. The total nitrogen removal rate can be used for extreme denitrification treatment.
