Product description
YTZ series resistive remote pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the pressure of the medium such as liquid, gas and steam that has no corrosive effect on the instrument components. The product can indicate the pressure on the spot, and can transmit the measured value to the secondary instrument far away from the measuring point by means of a slip wire resistance transmitter set inside the instrument, so as to achieve centralized detection and remote control.
YNTZ series seismic pressure gauge is based on YTZ products by charging damping liquid, installing damping device and other measures, improve the seismic performance, and the accuracy and stability of the indication value, with a wider range of uses.
The above series of instruments can be combined with the diaphragm barrier to make a diaphragm type remote pressure gauge for measuring the pressure of corrosive, viscous and easy to crystallize media.
Structure principle
The function principle of the mechanical part of the instrument is the same as that of the general spring tube pressure gauge. The resistance transmitter installed on the gear transmission mechanism is installed inside. When the sector gear shaft in the gear transmission mechanism deflects, the brush of the resistance transmitter also deflects accordingly the change in pressure value is converted into a change in resistance value and then transmitted to the secondary instrument, indicating a corresponding pressure value, and the primary instrument is also indicated corresponding pressure value.
