SANYO Elevator (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. was acquired by Symax Lift (Holding) Co., Ltd (SYMAX), a Canadian listed company, and officially renamed as Symax Lift (China) Co., Ltd to become a global limited company specialized in elevator R & D and manufacturing.

As the first elevator company in China to adopt energy-saving and environment friendly permanent magnetic synchronous gearless traction machine, Symax Lift enjoys a leading position in security and environment friendliness. The Company strictly implements GB7588 standard (equivalent to EN81-1) and GB16899 standard (equivalent to EN115), and has obtained "Level-A Manufacturing License of Special Equipment of People′s Republic of China" and "Level-A Installation, Alteration, Repair & Maintenance License of Special Equipment of People′s Republic of China". It has also passed certification by ISO quality management system, environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system, as well as CE certification by German TUV and Russian Gost certification in passenger elevators and escalators.
The Company adheres to specific standards in design, purchase, manufacture, installation and other processes and dispatches R&D personnel and engineers for onsite testing and maintenance to ensure production complies with R&D theories.
