Reach Stacker/ Container Crane Training Simulator
Hardware Features:
1. The steering gear adopts the original fitting and high sensitivity potentiometer to respond the action and program in real time to realize the real operation effect. It has 3 working cycles, which is the same as the real equipment.
2. The combination switch of gear changer, turn light and far-light lamp adopts the original manual shift gear combination switch to realize the operation effect of real machine.
3. Gantry joystick: the front and back tilting action of the portal frame is realized. Fork operating rod: achieve fork lifting, lowering action. The lever of cross movement of fork is realized, the angle of operation is ±15°, and the force of manipulation is 20 to 50N.
4. Throttle and brake pedal: adopt original electronic pedal, operation action and screen real time response.
5. Clutch: realize the same operation function as the real vehicle, cooperate with the gear changer to complete the variable speed operation, the amplitude range is 0° to 30°, and the force is 18N to 56N.
6. Parking brake: vehicle handbrake.
Central Console Features:
1. The function key includes 3D, exit, angle switch, ignition key, menu selection rocker.
2. The angle view rocker is adjusted to achieve 360° panoramic view of the first person angle and the third person angle.
Program Features:
1. Can be customized according to user's current teaching system.
2. The program reserves ports for IC card, 3D helmet, integrated controller, blue tooth, etc.
3. Transmit training data to teacher's console by internet and then store, read and print.
4. Record training process and examination scores.
5. Teacher can set training or assessment standards and deliver safety warnings to trainees by text or voice.
6. Multi angles of visual: overlooking angle, external angle, cab angle, independent displayer for rear angle, 360-degree view, etc.
7. Two models of vehicles are available.
8. The program displays the real time changes of the machine parameters, such as: cargo elevation, door angle, steering wheel rotation, fuel meter, speed and other parameters.
9. The program has various scenes for training and assessment.
10. The program realizes the red and blue stereoscopic visual effect and 3D stereoscopic effect. Two pairs of red and blue glasses are provided for each simulator.
