1. Collect the cat's eye and nasal secretions with a cotton swab. Make the swab well moistened. Note: Collect ocular secretions from the upper and lower eye faces, please avoid discharge from the corners of the eyes. Insert the wet swab into the plastic tube with buffer solution provided and stir to mix well.
2. Place the test plate on a clean, flat surface. Add 2 drops of sample mix (approximately 80 μL) vertically with a dropper to the sample well (S) of the test plate and start timing as shown below. 3. Results are interpreted at 5 minutes and invalidated after 10 minutes.
