5,How can I claim the warranty if any faulty pumps?
A: We give 0.5% invoice amount of the free spare parts in each shipment. The faulty pumps with coil burnt, we will send you new pumps to replace, they are for free. You can ask for free spare parts to repair the faulty pumps.
6,What's the payment term?
A: 30% before the production, the rest paid against the BL copy OR LC at sight. OA is not acceptable.
7,How long can you finish the production?
