Ringlock system scaffolding Introduction
Ring Lock system is a proven multi-purpose scaffold system which can be used for all forms of access and support structures in the building and construction industries, ship building, offshore construction and industrial maintenance
Its advantages:
Speed of Erection-Ring Lock System provides major savings time in erection and dismantling thus minimizing on-site costs. When stocking, its modular design ensures minimal space requirement for storage.
Simplicity-The unique Ring Lock rosette allows up to 4 horizontals and 4 braces to be secured to a single rosette at one level by simply hammering the captive wedge lock pin into place.
Versatility-The System is extremely versatile It can be erected for straight, curved or circular configuration for both access and support, and also for independent and mobile towers.
Strength: Both vertical and horizontal members are manufactured from φ48.3x3.25mm high strength steel tubing.
Durability-There are no loose components on the Ring Lock System that can be lost or requires maintenance All components are Hot Dipped Galvanized Finish.
Finishing options: Hol dip galvanied, Painting Component & parts can be customized to client's requirements or specificaitions.
A modular system,which is composed by standards,ledgers, diagonal braces,base collars,side brackets and so on. Each Rosette is welded to the post in 500mm distance. The ledgers and diagonal braces are connected to the rosettes with a system of casted heads and wedge pins. This is a high effective working system,which are widely applied in various projects,such as construction bridges,commercial buildings,residential housing,industry and chemistry oil refinery,tunnels,water towers,etc
Ring Lock- Standards
The ring lock standard is the main vertical post to bear the loads of the whole scaffold.Ring rosettes are made of Q345 and allows up to 4 Horizontals and 4 Braces to be secured to a single Rosette at one level by simply hammering the captive wedge lock pin into place.Each rossette is welded by every 500mm spacing.
