Q4. What is your terms of payment? 
A:Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, Terms of payment 30% in advance, balance payment before delivery of the goods.

Q5: What about the lead time?

A: About 3 workdays for sample order if available in stock, 20 workdays if no stock.
    7~15 workdays for batch order if available in stock, 30~50 workdays if no stock.

Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

Warranty time: 12 months from delivery date of every shipment.
Ways of replacement (within warranty time):If there is any quality problem, the buyer should send to TMB the written complaint of quality within warranty time. After TMB's confirmation of quality problem and quantity, the customer returns the defective products agreed by each party to the TMB.If there are special circumstances, two parties can resolve by negotiation.
