2. Sodium diacetate can be mixed with other flavoring agents and sweeteners. Used as a sour agent in Food Chemicalbook, and also as an anti-mold agent and food quality improver. It is widely used as an anti-mildew additive in food, feed, grain and silage (mainly for anti-mildew and fresh-keeping and improve nutritional value). Used as acidulant, leveling agent, buffer, sequestering agent, antirust agent and bread mildew in the printing and dyeing industry.
