Jiangsu Yilan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional integrated supplier of intelligent robots in the chemical fiber industry. Our company, located on the north side of the Jingjiang exit of the G2 Expressway, covers a total construction area of 15,000 square meters.
Since our establishment in 2016, we have been dedicated to providing overall solutions for the "dark factory" in the chemical fiber industry. In 2020, we formed a strategic cooperation agreement with Nanjing University of Science and Technology and Soochow University. Our company consists of the machinery department, AGV department, vision department, and software department, with the AGV department and vision department serving as the key experimental bases of Soochow University.
With a team of experts including members of the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" 863 Program Robotics Technology Expert Group and Professor Sun Lining, the dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Soochow University, as our technical consultant, we have a total of 19 professional research and development personnel, including 2 doctors and 7 postgraduates. In 2020, we sent 4 graduate students to Germany for training, focusing on studying magnetic levitation technology.
In 2016, we introduced the first fully automatic production line for laminated spandex paper tubes in China. Our innovative automatic inspection system reduced labor by about 40% and enabled online inspection of products, leading to improved product quality and production efficiency. We also launched the first fully automatic paper tube integrated boxing machine in China, further reducing labor by about 80% and greatly improving per capita benefits.
In 2017, we introduced the first chemical fiber falling tube AGV robot in China, which combined visual coordinate positioning. This robot can automatically handle falling tubes on the cylinder without being affected by the installation error of the winding machine, ensuring high-precision coordinate positioning.
In 2019, we established the vision department, focusing on the research of visual detection of spandex products. This groundbreaking technology, expected to be launched in 2021, will significantly enhance the quality and reputation of our customers' products.
