Hydrogen Fuel Cell System Teaching Platform


The hydrogen fuel cell system teaching platform is independently designed and developed by Taiji Power. It includes a complete hydrogen fuel cell system, which consists of stack, hydrogen supply system, air supply system, hydrothermal management system, electrical power system and a system framework.

This system can work with low voltage hydrogen supply, and the design of high-power system can reduce the power output of the system and greatly improve the safety.

At present, as the first hydrogen fuel cell system can be run on the market, it's more realistic than the traditional model teaching aids. The teaching tasks that can be undertaken include: Basic Structure and Principle of Hydrogen fuel cell System, Operation of Hydrogen Fuel cell System, Principle and Composition of Hydrogen fuel cell System, etc.

To match world-class standards, a fuel cell testing centre has been constructed to carry out testing and analysis of fuel cells, MEAs and related materials.
• There are fuel cell test rigs ranging from 100 watt to 100 kw and testing equipment such as SEM electron microscopes in the test centre.
• The R&D team has extensive experience in materials testing, and has the capability to evaluate fuel cells in line with international standards.
