Daily/Weekly Cleaning and Maintenance
daily
1. At the end of the daily operation, first confirm that the emergency stop is locked, then turn off the power switch and unplug the power cord, then clean the machine table with clean water, and the parts that are in contact with the cutting products should be cleaned with clean water after daily operation , after cleaning, dry the parts with an air gun
When cleaning the machine, do not use high-pressure water jets to wash from bottom to top, so as to prevent water from penetrating into the machine through the air holes under the fuselage and causing damage to electrical facilities
2. Check whether the wire is broken and whether the machine has leakage
3. Check whether there are any unknown and abnormal sounds when the machine is running
Remove the slicing knife and silk knife one by one, rinse with clean water, and then dry it with an air gun. Before putting it back on the slicing platen, please apply the food-grade butter in the tool box
weekly
1. Check the tightness of the belt (if it is loose, please use the No. 17 wrench to adjust the four fixing screws on the motor, then tighten the screw on the troublesome right side, and adjust the belt.)
