Introduction
Hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane is a mature and advanced form of ultrafiltration technology.The hollow fiber has an outer diameter of 0.5-2.0mm and an inner diameter of 0.3-1.4mm. The wall of the hollow fiber tube is full of microholes. The diameter is expressed in the molecular weight of the intercepting material, which can reach thousands to hundreds of thousands.The raw water flows under pressure outside or inside the hollow fiber, forming the external pressure type and internal pressure type respectively.Ultrafiltration is a dynamic filtration process. The trapped material can be removed with small concentration without blocking the membrane surface. It can run continuously for a long time.
Multi-media filter
The multi-media filter is widely used in drinking water treatment to remove different types of particles, such as suspended solids (turbidity), colloidal compounds and etc, ensuring the filtered water's TDS is less than 5. This process will reduce the load on the back-end fine filters.
Active Carbon filter
The active-carbon filter is the key device, commonly used for removal of organic substance and heavy metal element, suspended solids, residual chlorine and etc. It can effectively reduce the level of COD and improve the taste of water. The system is a pressure filter. In the filter, the quartz and Coconut shell active carbon bed are employed. The activated carbon is equipped with vent valving at the highest point and a drain connection at the lowest point. The internal systems and components for each tank is constructed of FRP material.
Water softener filter
Ion exchange resin is used in water softening system for Ca2+,Mg2+ and other cation exchange. To prevent undissolved salt from depositing in the surface of reverse osmosis membrane ,the resin which ensures well permeable ability of membrane module after it works a long time and extends

Security filter ( Cartridge Filters)
The security filter is most commonly used for treat water. The whole system adopts one set of stainless filter. There are 3 pieces of polypropylene in every 5μ filter cartridges, filtering the vast majority of particles in the water, which eases the load of RO membrane. This process of filtration benefits to the filter cartridge and prolongs its lifetime in the system.
This apparatus contains filtration component and stainless support layers. The support layer is made of stainless steel 304, with the advantages of compact structure, beautiful shape, high flux, good filtration accuracy and etc. This apparatus is fitted with air drain valve and bottom air drain valve and side drain valve.
UF system
Ultrafiltration is one of the pressure-driven membrane separation techniques. To macromolecules and small molecules for the purpose of separation, membrane pore size between 20-1000A °. Characteristics of various filter materials
Working process
Raw Water →Raw water pump→ sand filter→carbon filter→water softener→security filter→High-pressure pump→ UF system→ pure water tank
STEP1. Sand Filter: to use sand media down to 0.5-1mm. which filter size can be down to 200micron. some big suspended solids like colloids, rust, mud, impurities etc can be trapped by media bed. and be removed from water.
STEP2. Carbon Filter: can absorb some organism, dissolved air, odor & color matter etc.
STEP3. Softener: use cation exchange resin to remove Calcium, Magnesium etc to make soft water.
STEP4. Micron Filter: use 5 -20 micron sediment cartridge filter / bag filter, to remove the passed suspended solid from pre-treatment. so that more safety for entrance of RO.
STEP5. Ultra-filtration system (UF membrane to trapped most of ions. to demineralize/desalination etc. it will be PURE WATER from output.
After many layers of filtration, we finally get clean drinking water and our health is guaranteed.

1. Mineral water: In the manufacture of mineral water, the ultrafiltration technology will be applied.
