Saiter Portable DC charger tester ST-9980US-DC is a device with interoperability testing. It can be widely used in the research and development of charging facility manufacturers, electric power departments, and third-party testing institutions to conduct preliminary research and development, commissioning, factory testing, on-site inspection and patrol inspection of DC charging piles for electric vehicles, as well as on-site acceptance testing by charger buyers and testing units. Avoid problems such as inconvenient testing and incomplete testing content caused by the actual electric vehicle as a testing device, and avoid damage to the testing vehicle caused by charger failures.



Product Features
 
1.Developed in strict accordance with the SAEJ1772-2017 standard and in compliance with the physical, electrical, communication protocols, and performance requirements commonly used in electric vehicle charging systems and connectors..
2.(Optional) The tester has a built-in wireless WiFi function, and the upper computer can conduct remote wireless testing through connecting the device's WiFi; Optional multi-channel high-precision high-speed waveform acquisition module can be configured to collect charging voltage, current, guidance signals, etc., to meet the needs of equipment interoperability testing.
3.Vehicle control guidance circuit simulation function to truly simulate the vehicle charging process; Support the display of charging voltage, current, power, status, and charging sequence diagram; Support EVCC parameter setting, EVSE parameter display, and message cycle setting.
4.Standard American standard DC charging vehicle socket for conductive charging of electric vehicles; With dedicated calibration terminals, various methods can be used for verification; Equipped with a high-power output load interface, it is convenient to connect resistive loads, electronic loads, and feedback loads.
