1. PP honeycomb is a new construction material, which is made of PP based on honeycomb bionic principles. Compared with traditional materials, it has these remarkable advantages like light-weight, high compressive strength, environmentally friendly, waterproof, moisture-proof and corrosion resistant etc. Moreover, honeycomb can be attached with various of face materials (such as FRP, wood grain sheet, aluminum sheet, stainless steel sheet, marble sheet, rubber sheet etc. ). 3. Fiberglass reinforcement Thermoplastic PP Honeycomb

The glass fiber reinforced polypropylene honeycomb composite board is a honeycomb structure material, made of PP flow film on the upper and lower surfaces, glass fiber PP composite yarn fabric on the middle two layers, and PP core material, which is directly fused by heating the composite yarn fabric.

It is one of the lightest and strongest composite sandwich panels produced for industries.This innovative sandwich panel is thermally fused with polypropylene honeycomb core and fiberglass reinforced polypropylene skin.

The core material gives high resistance due to its honeycomb structure, and the super strong fiberglass-reinforced skin materials provide high stiffness and an extremely good impact resistance of the panel surface.
The thermally fused connection between the honeycomb core and the skins leads to an indivisible connection and makes the panel much lighter and ecofriendly. And the delamination of the skin is almost impossible which distinguishes it from other traditionally glued or laminated panel systems.
