Product Description

Part I: Product Introduction
T6104 is an efficient polymethacrylate viscosity index improver and functions as a coagulagent. It can effectively improve the viscosity index and has a very high shear stability. Can inhibit the crystallization of wax, mixing hydraulic oil with a lower dip point and excellent low-temperature viscosity. Excellent filtration performance and emulsification resistance.

Part II: Application
Use in formulating aviation hydraulic oils, fluid drive oils, gear oils, transformer oils, hydraulic oils of low pour point, NC machine hydraulic oils, special hydraulic oils and internal-combustion engine oils and so on.

Part V: Packing & Storage
This product should be operated as SH/T0164 during the storage,loading and unloading and oil blending. The highest temperature should not exceed 75 ºC,during long-term storage, the highest temperature should not be more than 45 ºC.

This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive.In terms of safety, environmental protection and application, it is the same as general petroleum products, there is no need for special protection.

The product is packed in 200 liter metal drum,(Net weight is 180kg/drum).
