Pneumatic Cut off O- type Ball Valve

Summary:
ZSHO pneumatic cutting new ball valve is composed of imported pneumatic actuator and high quality ball valve. It belongs to pneumatic switch ball valve. Pneumatic cut off ball valve has advantages: good sealing performance, flow capacity, simple structure, long service life, easy maintenance. Pneumatic cut ball valve is with the implementation of a simple structure, compact, excellent performance, large output torque and other characteristics. Pneumatic on-off ball valve can also be equipped with travel limit opening and closing, solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve and 0.4-0.7mpa air source to achieve the switching operation, and two pairs of passive contact signal indicating the opening of the valve. The actuator is divided into two types: single action and double action. The unique advantage of the single action type is that when the power source is in failure, pneumatic switch ball valve will automatically in the open or closed position according to the requirements of the control system. Pneumatic cutting new ball valve is widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, light textile, electric power, food and pharmaceutical, refrigeration, aviation, aerospace, paper and other fields. It can control not only gas, liquid and steam medium, but also sewage and medium containing fiber.

Pneumatic Cut off Ball Valve Features

(1) Low fluid resistance.

(2) Thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the stem, which can make the stem operate smoothly and flexibly for a long time.

(3) The valve seat sealing performance is good, using PTFE and other elastic materials made of the sealing ring, the structure is easy to seal, and the ball valve sealing ability with the increase of the medium pressure and increase.

(4) Valve stem seal is reliable, because the stem only as a rotating operation and do not do lifting movement, stem packing seal is not easy to damage, and the sealing capacity increases with the increase of medium pressure.

(5) Because PTFE and other materials have good self-lubrication, small friction loss with the ball, so the service life of the ball valve is long.
