Basic instructions
Pleated filter bag, also known as star filter bag, is a new type of filter bag which can be used on pulse bag filter. its dust removal skeleton needs special design, and it can used with other supporting components.
Performance characteristics
1. It can directly replace the existing dust bag of bag filter, and the main structure of dust removal equipment does not need to be reformed. After replacement, the filtration area can be increased by 50-150%;
2. It can significantly reduce the pressure difference of the system, thus improving the overall performance of the system and the life of the dust removal bag;
3, It can greatly reduce the frequency of ash removal or extend the ash removal intervals
4. Compared with traditional filter bag, pulse ash removal efficiency is obviously improved due to the special structure of pleated filter bag
5. The effective use area of dust removal filter bag increases, and the airflow rising speed between ash removals filter bag decreases, greatly optimizing the online ash elimination effect
6. The special design of folding filter bag itself and dust cage greatly reduces the fatigue damage and inter-discharge caused by pulse spraying;
