Pipe extrusion

Sheet and sheet extrusion:

Modified granulation:

The machine is mainly composed of screw, barrel, transmission system, head connecting body, electrical control box and other parts.
(1) Screw
It is a key part to complete the transportation and plasticization of plastic. Due to its rotation, the plastic is pushed forward, so as to achieve the purpose of compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization. The thread is composed of different functional sections to achieve good conveying, compacting, mixing and plasticizing effects and high output. The screw material is made of nitrided steel (38CrMoALA), which is finely machined and nitrided and ground. It has high corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and has a long service life.
(2) Barrel
It is a part paired with the screw. The barrel is made of nitrided steel. The inner hole is nitrided to achieve higher hardness and better wear resistance, and has corrosion resistance. Five groups of heaters, heat is transferred from the barrel to the plastic, so that the plastic is melted and plasticized. There are a total of five temperature measurement points in each part of the barrel where the heater is installed, which can be automatically controlled within the plastic processing temperature range. The heating zone is equipped with air circulation cooling, which can accelerate the cooling of the barrel and improve the accuracy of temperature control.
(3) Head flange connection body
It is a part that connects the machine head and the barrel, and has a heating ring inside to prevent the cooling of the molten plastic.
(4) Transmission system
The transmission system is to make the screw rotate uniformly with the corresponding torque under the selected process conditions to complete the plasticization and conveying of the plastic by the screw. In order to meet the production requirements of various specifications of plastic products, the screw should have different speeds. The machine uses a variable frequency motor to directly drive the gearbox through the coupling, and uses a speed regulator to achieve speed regulation, so that the screw speed is smooth and stepless within the speed range. The screw speed can be directly read by the tachometer on the control panel. , Can also be read directly on the governor

2. The conical twin screws have applied oil cooling system. Barrel is cooled by special wind cooling system.

4. The conical twin screw is made by high precision special digital screw miller; extruding property can be highly harmonized. It has firstly introduced advanced technique of producing screw with variable pitch and depth, so that the material can be more softly sheared and cut.
5. The distribution box is specially designed, pull force bearing is fully imported, and the drive life span can be prolonged. It can bear larger extruding pressure.
6. The electrical system has mainly applied imported parts, it has multiple alarm system, and there are few problems which can be easily eliminated. The cooling system has applied special design, heat emission area is enlarged, the cooling is rapid, and temperature control tolerance can be ± 1degree.
