Application features:

Purpose:
1. Suitable for plastic PP/PE/PVC/ABS/PC/PA/POM and other twin-screw granulation modification. The vacuum effect is better with the exhaust hole.
2. It is especially suitable for the masterbatch processing process of various new recycled materials. Color mother, black mother, silver mother, etc.
3. The premise for applying to EVA/PP/PVC foam products is the process of first squeezing foaming through modified granulation.
4. It is also suitable for rubber products. EPDM (EPDM) / NBR (nitrile rubber) / NR (natural lemon rubber) / SBR (butadiene rubber) / sponge rubber / rubber and plastic rubber.

Rubber and plastic products - what are the main applications of TAIC?

As a multifunctional rubber additive, TAIC can be applied in the following three fields:
1. Plastic TAIC can improve the heat resistance, chemical stability and thermosetting properties of CPE, PE, PA, PBT, PVC and other plastic materials.
2. Rubber TAIC can provide a low compression set and improved thermal aging performance for a variety of synthetic rubbers (such as EPDM, HNBR, TPE, FKM, EVA).
