This product is white crystalline powder.
This product is a compound preparation, and its components are piperacillin sodium and triazolobactam sodium (calculated by piperacillin and triazolobactam, the ratio of labeled amount is 4:1); Auxiliary materials: disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate (EDTA), citric acid, sodium bicarbonate and water for injection.
Indication
Piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection are applicable to sepsis, complex cystitis and pyelonephritis caused by Staphylococcus, Escherichia coli, citric acid bacteria, Klebsiella, enterobacter, provedes and Pseudomonas that are sensitive to this product.

Usage and dosage
1. Dose
This product must be administered slowly intravenously (for more than 20-30 minutes) or slowly intravenously (for at least 3-5 minutes).
Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over
The usual dose for adults and adolescents with normal renal function is 4.5g piperacillin / tazobactam every 8 hours.
The total daily dose increases or decreases according to the severity and location of the infection. The dose range can be every 6 hours, 8 hours or 12 hours, from 2.25g piperacillin / tazobactam to 4.5g piperacillin / tazobactam.
When piperacillin / tazobactam is combined with another antibiotic (e.g. aminoglycoside), it must be administered separately. Piperacillin / tazobactam can lead to a large number of inactivation of aminoglycosides in vitro. When the two drugs are used in combination, they should be prepared, diluted and administered separately. (see [drug interactions])
Adverse reaction
Rare: Candida double infection
