Our Spiral Winding Machine is designed to create paper tubes of the desired size and specifications with ease and precision. It rolls the paper strip, cut from the original yarn tube, into the perfect inner and outer diameter of the paper tube. The width and layers of the paper strip are determined based on your requirements. Once the paper strip is automatically glued, it is fed into the winding machine.
The paper strips are carefully wound around the core rod, creating a continuous and seamless paper tube. With the help of the belt drive, the paper strips are effortlessly transformed into the required paper tube. The automatic cutting mechanism then cuts the paper tube into blanks of the desired length, ready for further processing in the pipeline.
