Off-machine sizing is sizing the unloaded paper rolls outside paper machine, because the Off-machine sizing is expensive, the operation is complicated, so it is used for some special paper that has high glue amount or need to be impregnated
Two rolls: one is a chrome roll or an artificial stone roll, one is a special rubber for sizing, the upper roll is fixed, the rubber roller side is upwardly pressurized, the pressurized form is pneumatic, and a double curved pneumatic device is used. The transmission is divided into: single-point transmission and two-way transmission.
