1,All sections of the line adopt PLC centralized control system, frequency control and three HMI interface operations.
2,The special purpose segment is equipped with encoder and servo motor to ensure equipment stability and machining accuracy.

4.The film roller machine equipped with automatic film releasing and rolling up functions.3 film rollers are laid in the same level, easy to operate, easy to replace plastic film.
5,the structure of the initial press section is reasonable, easy to operate.The whole machine runs smoothly and stable, and is controlled by central PLC system.The heating area is evenly distributed,and equipped with domestic medium-wave infrared heating tube for heating. The temperature is measured and controlled in this area, and the maximum temperature is 250ºC(adjustable).
6,adopt mechanical turnover unloading table to unload.
7,The glass autoclave is automatically controlled by PLC and operated by man-machine interface to achieve safety, reliability, high efficiency and energy saving.

1.Glass washing and drying machine.sThe machine has 3 pairs of brush rollers.2pairs are stiff type for normal glass,1pair are soft type for Low-E glass washing,equipped with detective device,when Low-E glass is detected ,the stiff brushes will lift up automatically.
2.Automatic side-push glass positioning conveyor
Designed for cleaning, transmission and positioning fast and rhythmic operation.

the roller wheel of this machine is made of special materials to ensure that there is no trace on the glass surface, so as to ensure the production of high-quality products.
3.High precision automatic suction hanger
Reasonable distribution of high-precision suction cups, combination of suction cup positions with long duration, no need to move the suction cups in the production process.
4.Forced convection infrared roller presser
The heating section and preheating section are equipped with medium wave infrared heating elements to heat the intermediate PVB effectively.
5.Forced convection autoclave for PVB film
Forced cross convection glass autoclave is a sealed vessel with high pressure and double internal forced convection heating circulation system , in which temperature, pressure and vacuum are effectively controlled, PID control can achieve accurate control of temperature and pressure, so that temperature and pressure can change completely in accordance with the design curve;Suitable for all kinds of technology requirements of laminated glass .Especially for PVB or SGP interlayer film, and can ensure perfect product quality and yield.
