1216 Junction Box Potting Sealant

1216 Junction Box Potting Sealant is a two-component, room temperature curing silicone potting sealant. No heat release when curing, no corrosion, low shrinkage, fast curing speed, good fluidity, excellent flame retardant, thermal conductivity, moisture resistance and aging resistance. 1216 Junction Box Potting Sealant is suitable for potting and encapsulating applications of PV junction box.

FEATURES & BENEFITS:
• Good liquidity, can flow into the narrow gap
• No corrosion to ribbon
• Good electrical insulation and flame retardant properties
• Good thermal conductivity and thermal protection for bypass diodes
• Good adhesion and compatibility with materials of EVA, ribbon and junction box materials
• Waterproof, moisture resistant, chemical resistant, yellow resistant
• Excellent weathering and aging resistance
• Suitable for machine mixing and meeting automation requirements
• Compliance with ROHS and passed UL certification

APPLICATIONS:
1216 Junction Box Potting Sealant is specially designed for potting and encapsulating photovoltaic junction box, and it can reduce the overall cost of junction box compared to the junction boxes without potting.

QUALITY ASSURANCE:
1216 Junction Box Potting Sealant has passed ISO9001/ISO14001 management system certification and passed QC080000 hazardous substance process management system certification, and strictly in accordance with ISO9001 quality system requirements for production and control of product quality.

MIXING RATIO:
The ratio of Part A to Part B is 6:1 (weight ratio)

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE:
The product should be stored in a cool, dry place at or below 27 °C. It has a usable life of 6 months from the date of production.

• Before using, please read the safety data sheet of this product for the safe use of the product.
• Avoid contact with eyes before curing. If contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor.
• Pay attention to ventilation in the construction and curing areas
• Uncured products should avoid contact with children
