DF-30/40 pneumatic and high-pressure polyurethane foam and polyurea coating spray machine  is designed according to the foaming characters of polyurethane rigid foam and the real construction conditions, featuring accurate measurement, uniform mixture, convenient movement and high cost performance. Its open design is convenient for maintenance, so DF-30/40 pneumatic and high-pressure polyurethane sprayer will be your preferred equipment.
 
1. Pneumatic motor and double cylinder:
Two-way pneumatic motor adopts the latest mode of pneumatic reversing. Compared with electric reversing, it is more stable, durable and has lower failure rate, so it is more suitable for complex spraying construction.
2. Precise proportioning pump:
Proportioning pump is made of stainless steel, aiming to lower the abrasion of sealing elements to the maximum and extend its service life. Both A and B proportioning pump are equipped with oil bottle and the pouring of DOP cam avoid the abrasion of material crystallization to the sealing effectively.
3. Heating system of pipeline:
Independent two-circuit heating pipes adopt the most advanced wrapping internal heating, which is an innovation in this industry and has applied for patent right. Compared with the traditional wound heating, it can maintain the best temperature and viscosity before the materials mix at the gun head so as to reach the best mixing effect.

1. Q: Can we customize the power supply capacity for spray foam machine?
  A: Sure, the electric system can be customized according to your requirements.
2. Q: Is the spray foam equipment only a bare machine or other parts configured if I place an order?
  A: Please be kindly advised that we will provide standard configured accessories shipped with the machine, including supply pumps, spray gun, insulating heated hose etc. That is to say, the machine is ready to work when you receive it.
3. Q: Can the length of insulating heated hose be extended?
  A: Yes, the hose length can be extended to 60/90m for different machines, and we will provide one 15-meter standard configured heating hose with the machine.
4. Q: What's the difference between polyurethane spray foam machine and polyurea spray foam machine?
  A: The polyurethane spray foam machine is widely used for insulation purpose on wall , roof, refrigerator, box and pipeline while the polyurea spray foam machine is mainly used for waterproof, anticorrosion purpose on wall, roof, refrigerator, tank body, pipeline protection coating for abrasive surface.
