Lotion Tube Filling Machine

Sealing type: Straight line or other different type

Rang of application:
This lotion tube filling machine applies for production in cosmetic, light industry (daily use industrial goods), pharmaceutical and food industry etc.

Proper tube material and filling material:
(1)Aluminum tube and lead tube
(2)Grease, ointment, gel and sticky fluidextract.

Production flow:
Tube storage→ automatic tube loading→ color code finding and tube fixing → tube inside air washing(option)→tube filling→ tube end hot melt→ tube end pressing and stamp number→ tube fixing→ tube end cutting→ finished product discharge

Principle of working:
Adopts PLC control. Automatic tube loading, color code fixing, tube inside air washing(option),filling nozzle gets down to fill, tube end internal wall hot air heating, tube end outside cooling(circulating water cooling by chiller),hot melt pressing and stamp number, tube end cutting, finished product discharge.

Feature:
(1) Main machine adopts frequency changing to adjust speed.
(2) Adopts hot air generator to melt tube end to ensure the steadiness of heating resource.
(3) Ring-shaped heater heats the internal end wall of the tube and the water sleeve outside lower the temperature of the outer wall thus keep the tube end heating equally
(4) Color code fixing adopts German contrast scanner and mounted with accurate driver and step motor (or precision servo motor) to ensure the characters on tube in its corresponding position.
(5) Filling nozzle enters tube inside to fill. As it fills it will moves up and prevent material from overflowing and spilling. This machine satisfies many different physicochemical material filling demands. Filling adjustment hand wheel is mounted outside the machine, it is very easy to adjust and fix filling amount and ensure filling prcision≤1%, so this machine can save your production cost.
(6) The great power stirring source of the stirrer lies under the platform, safe and reliable. Material heat preserving system adopts water temperature controllable unit and double jacketed hopper. (Optional)
(7) There are two cutting ways, one is flat, and another is arc. Tube end cutting should be decided by tube material and cutting demands. The cutting part is flat and pretty which can satisfy the demands required.
(8) Compressed air that contact with material adopts multi filters.
(9) Lubricating system adopts unitary oil supplying criterion to oil the machine effectively and prevent working circumstance from pollution.
