Audited Supplier OTMZ Gravel Pack System
The OTMZ gravel pack system enables multiple cased and perforated zones to be completed by gravel pack pumping in one trip. In contrast to conventional single zone gravel pack system that requires tripping out the tools after completion of one zone to perforate, run in hole, and complete another zone, the OTMZ system could save a lot of rig time, manpower, and reduce the risk of formation pollution due to completion fluid leak-off during multiple trips.
The OTMZ system consists of a model CS sump packer, multiple model GL isolation packers, a model FS top packer, and other accessories including sleeves, seal bores, anti-fluid-loss valve, etc. No ball dropping is required to set the top packer, and each isolation packer could be set right before gravel packing the zone.
The OTMZ tool could be used for high-rate frack-packing as well, a weight-down could be applied during the pumping to prevent tubing movements, the high strength pumping ports could withstand high sand loadings.
The service tool string includes a one-way and a two-way shifting tool that could close the sliding sleeve after gravel pack is completed and the tool is picked up. This feature minimizes the completion fluid loss and helps prevent formation damages.
