L-cysteine is an amino acid with physiological functions, and is the only amino acid among the more than 20 amino acids that make up proteins with a reducing group thiol (- SH). It has been widely used in medicine, food additives, and cosmetics. In addition, cysteine is a naturally occurring amino acid that has many uses in food processing. It is mainly used in baked goods as an essential ingredient in dough improvers. Usage:
1.
