Transmission and electrical (pneumatic) control system
The three transmission points of the molding department, glue application department, and drying and curing department are equipped with three AC variable frequency motors. The variable frequency motor is controlled by a frequency converter. According to the process requirements, it can crawl at low speed, with single point adjustment and whole machine linkage, ensuring continuous production of the whole machine. To eliminate the instability of transmission speed caused by slipping between the mesh belt and the transmission roller, a felt ring controller is installed between the formed mesh belt and the adhesive mesh belt to fine tune the speed difference between the two mesh belts and ensure synchronization of the speeds of each part. The speed and current operating status of each section can be displayed on the control panel in the central control room. It is also equipped with functions such as fine-tuning, linkage, and emergency stop. There are also display functions such as speed and length at the winding point.
