This product is composed of a variety of polymer chemical fibers and polymer compounds.The raw materials are used in a variety of fields.The materials used in the conveyor belt have the following characteristics:

(2)High belt surface flatness, good elasticity, is more beneficial to improve the quality of cardboard.

Our own technology of baseband layer with high anti-temperature and high tensile quality fiber, after the high temperature stereotypes, conveyor geometry dimension stable and non-deformed ensuring the operation of conveyor belt smoothly. It meet the technological requirements of the corrugated board production line of cardboard conveyor belt.

One the interface, we use the best-" CLIPPER" steel buckle from the United States and adopt concealed interface technology(the joints are cut into two-tier, the two lowers are connected with the buckle, the upper is the original belt material as the covering).

1. Raise the gravity roll on both cold plate and hot plate of double-sided machine, and take fixed measures to ensure a certain space distance, so as to allow the new conveyor belt to pass.At this point, the rotary arm pneumatic (or manual) tensioner should also be in the relaxed position
2. Run the interface position of the old belt to the main drive roll, remove the connection(threading) wire, string the new belt joint and the old belt joint together with connection(threading)wire, lay down the new belt, start the old belt to run slowly,then take out the old belt, and string the two joints of the new belt together .
