At the same time, according to the filling process requirements of low acid products, the system is equipped with a closed superheated water pre sterilization system, which has high sterilization efficiency At the same time, intelligent PLC control, without complex manual operation and monitoring; CIP system design before and after production meets the cleaning and sterilization requirements of production equipment.

Automatic tube type ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization system product sterilization in a completely closed system, continuous instantaneous heat and cooling treatment, little impact on the flavor and nutritional components of the product, and prevent the secondary pollution of the product. The product is pumped into the closed balance tank for ultra-high temperature sterilization and * * is cooled to the filling temperature. 3. Parameter control and adjustment of automatic tubular ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization system

(1) Sterilization temperature control and regulation: This set of equipment is suitable for sterilization of materials with sterilization temperature ≤ 137 ºC,. The sterilization temperature can be set according to the demand. According to the set temperature, the equipment can be controlled by PLC in a fully automatic way, and the corresponding parts can be adjusted automatically to make the sterilization temperature stable at the set value and maintain the control accuracy. Through intelligent monitoring, the materials that can not meet the sterilization requirements can be recycled automatically to avoid the contamination of unqualified materials on the aseptic section of the equipment, and the corresponding signal alarm is provided.

(2) Adjustment and control of discharge temperature: discharge temperature should be suitable for 65 ~ 92 ºC. The outlet temperature can be set according to the demand. According to the set temperature, the equipment can be controlled by PLC in a fully automatic way, and the corresponding components can be automatically adjusted to make the outlet temperature stable at the set value and maintain high control accuracy.

(3) Adjustment and control of UHT flow: according to the indication value of flowmeter, the UHT outlet flow control valve is adjusted manually to meet the requirements
