The flavor is neutral and slightly fresh, and can be used to modify and cover up the bad flavor of the product. While giving the product a better taste, it also has significant bacteriostatic or bacteriolytic effects on spoilage bacteria (Clostridium, Bacillus, Enterobacter, etc.), and has a significant antibacterial or bacteriolytic effect on yeasts, molds, mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic bacteria. It also has a certain effect. It is an edible flavor product with both broad-spectrum antibacterial function and flavor modification.

Application:

Dosage:
This product is resistant to high temperatures and has good solubility. It can be dissolved in water or mixed with other powdery materials and then produced according to normal processes.
The recommended addition amount is 0.1-0.5% of the finished product
It can also be used with other preservatives such as calcium propionate, encapsulated sorbic acid, and Megafood 1.50MF flavoring.
