    1. 12 months warranty. Within 12 months faults belong to the quality of the product, the manufacturer provide with free maintenance;

    2. Within 12 months, due to man-made faults or irresistible factors causing damage, the manufacturer can provide maintenance services and charge by parity;

    3. After 12 months, the manufacturer will provide maintenance services for a lifetime, charging by parity;

    Within 12 months starting from the date of delivery of the product, quality problems occur during the warranty period. The telephone service will respond within one hour. If the telephone technology can not be solved, it will arrange the personnel to arrive at the site within 48 hours (only for working Mainland China).
