Mobile 25,000 liters LPG refilling skid station for filling car
LPG tank gas station (also called lpg cylinder filling station ,lpg skid station ,lpg gas station ,lpg station , filling gas plant ,gas plant ,cooking gas refill plant , cooking gas station ,propane gas filling station ,propane refilling station , ) is used to be a mobile gas station to refill cylinders or cars after equipped with gas dispenser, LPG gas pump.
The LPG tank material uses Q345R steel for high pressure tanker, which is anti-corrosive and keeps a good stability at low or high temperature.
LPG tanks are basically equipped with safety valve, emergency shut-off valve, thermometer, pressure gauge for the safety use.

LPG filling stations is widely used to fill the cars, trucks, and home cooking gas cylinder. It is very cheap to fill it in country side.The volume of tankcould be from 10 CBM to 50CBM.

The water test pressure can be reached to 2.22Mpa. Heat treatment is for stress relieving annealing use. The equipment we use is 600KW annealing furnace. About X-ray test, we will offer radiographic test grade report to prove that circular seam welding & longitudinal seam welding can meet the JB/T4730.2-2005 second grade standard.
