White Rice Grading Screen can separate whole rice, ordinary rice, big broken rice and small broken rice by using rice particle size.

The multi-layer sieve layer improves the screening area.The accurate size screen is adopted to reduce the mixing rate of different varieties after classification. The new up-down connection mode makes the machine more stable in operation. The screen bodies are independent of each other and can be cleaned or replaced as needed.

The use of the drawer type screen body makes the cleaning and replacement of the screen body more convenient and improves the screening efficiency.

Working Principle

Based on the difference between broken rice and whole rice, overlapping rotation is made on the plane rotary screen surface, and automatic classification is formed by friction propulsion. The classification effect is better when the three-layer and four layer equipment adopts the technology of extracting whole rice two to three times in succession.
