Q1:Why I Should pay for the customs tax?
A1:We have never received customs tax from our customers, and we don'know how much the customs ax will cost, so we

tax fees by yourself to get the package. Especially for the customers on Brazil and Africa. If there is any requirement of
customs tax, please leave massage when you place order.
Q2:what should i do if i am not satisfied with the item when i received it?
A2: If you are not satisfied with the item when you receive it, then please contact us through the massage immediately
within 7 days, you can get full refund if you send back the item. we will send you the for it, if it is the correct item you ordered
but you don't like it any more. if it is the wrong item we sent , then we will pay for the shpping fees.

Q3:what should i do if the item caused problems after i use for some times?
A3:We promise all the customers the item with 1-year proper care. within 1 year. you can send the item back to repair
whatever problems you meet. but please kindly pay for the shipping fees when you send it back, and we will pay for the
shipping when we ship it to you again.
Q4:why i don't receive any reply when i send massage ?
A4:Because there is different time zone between us , some are even 12 hours different. but we will reply immediately
when wecome back to work(10:00am-19:00pm Beijing Time). So don't worry about anyting, we will solve it for you if
